VillageInfoNet

VillageInfoNet is our online database that captures, stores and reorders all information relating to your village that you provide to us.

Using a password you will be able to view information relating to your village or all villages in your group. You can allow managers and sales people to view village specific information.

You can also allow controlled access to documents by a separate password. For example you could permit prospective residents and their advisers to access certain documents from the comfort of their home or office. This service will also be of value to your auditors, valuers and statutory supervisors.

Online Reports

The village database that we establish for you is a central record of resident information. This information is analysed, reorganised and presented in reports to provide valuable insights to your business. The information is updated on a daily basis.

VillageInfoNet provides a number of standard reports. Additional reports can be produced in accordance with your specific requirements.

Downloading Information to Microsoft Excel

In addition to being able to view and print the information in report form we have identified that you may want to download the data into spreadsheets for your own use. Through VillageInfoNet you can save information to your desktop as a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. The information is then available for use off-line. This maintains the integrity of the data stored on VillageInfoNet while giving you the flexibility to use the downloaded information.

Viewing Documents

No longer will you need to spend hours filing, locating and photocopying documents. We scan village documents such as residents' occupancy documents, your disclosure statement, deed of supervision, financial statements, management agreements or other promotional material and make them available on VillageInfoNet. The amount of space you require to maintain files and documents in-house will be significantly reduced.
