  • Upload documents onto VillageInfoNet

For residents leaving the village we:

  • Prepare and manage termination documents
  • Prepare the termination settlement statement
  • Liaise and agree settlement figures
  • Agree settlement figures with exiting residents' lawyers
  • Respond to queries
  • Arrange document execution
  • Ensure compliance with statutory supervisors' requirements
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements
  • Co-ordinate flow of monies
  • Ensure step by step information is available to operators online via VillageInfoNet

We do not handle residents' settlement monies, thereby expediting the settlement process and saving costs for operators.

Settlements can be carried out by facsimile, mail or email. The ability to send documents by email means that settlements are carried out efficiently regardless of where the parties are situated.
