Jo joined the Settlement Services Limited team in October 2008.  

As an industry participant with over five years experience in sales, Jo is well used to dealing with prospective residents and their families as they consider the move to a village.  She is also familiar with many of the issues operators and managers must face on a daily basis

In addition to her general management role with the settlements team, Jo is responsible for client care.  She enjoys the day to day contact with many managers and operators.  She works with the settlements team to ensure that an efficient, accurate and superior service is provided to our clients.  

Jo holds a Graduate Diploma in Business Studies (Management) from Massey University.
